Arabica Kerinci Natural
Our Arabica Kerinci Natural green coffee showcases the traditional natural processing method applied to high-quality Sumatran beans. Grown in the Kerinci highlands, one of Sumatra's premier coffee-growing regions, these beans are sun-dried with the fruit intact, allowing the natural sugars to infuse the coffee with intense sweetness and fruit-forward flavors.
Natural processing requires more labor and longer drying times compared to washed methods, typically taking 2-4 weeks depending on weather conditions. The coffee cherries must be regularly turned and monitored to ensure even drying and prevent over-fermentation or mold development.
We provide our Kerinci partner farmers with proper drying infrastructure, moisture meters, and training on natural processing techniques. Our CQI certified team evaluates each lot through comprehensive physical analysis and standardized cupping to ensure quality and consistency. Pre-export moisture and water activity checks guarantee stability during shipping.
