Our Arabica Trawas Full Wash green coffee comes from the Trawas highlands of East Java, located near our operations base in Surabaya. This proximity allows us to maintain exceptional quality control and direct relationships with local farming communities, ensuring traceability and consistent processing standards.

The full wash processing method is the most cost-effective approach while delivering clean, consistent cup characteristics. This method produces coffee with bright acidity, clarity, and a lighter body compared to natural or honey processes. The predictable flavor profile makes Trawas Full Wash an excellent choice for roasters seeking reliable, high-quality Indonesian coffee.

We provide our Trawas partner farmers with comprehensive support including equipment (moisture meters, weighing scales, washing infrastructure), continuous financial assistance, and professional guidance on quality control. Our CQI certified Q Grader team evaluates every batch through standardized cupping protocols and physical analysis.
